I was sick last night.  [She sounds pretty startled about it; she was a pretty healthy child, and hasn't been sick for a long time.]  I had to go home from work early.  I thought I might be coming down with something, but... I'm fine today.

That's not normal, is it?  It's not something from this place that I've missed?  I'm fairly sure it wasn't

I left the Greeters' class early because I was feeling unwell. If I recall correctly, I saw you there.

I sampled most of the food they had laid out. It all seemed perfectly fine, but ... did you as well?

And I see here that we weren't the only two.

...Bugger. I had some tea, but I didn't eat anything. Maybe the milk was off?

Are you all right now?

I'm fine. Once the hallucinations kicked in, my evening got more complicated than I really needed, but it all stopped a couple hours after evening Sirens.

I had cream in my coffee, but no tea and one of the other students only had water. She seemed to suspect the mushrooms in the baseball diamond.

... I forgot about those mushrooms. They released spores while we were there too.

It's unlikely we all had a reaction unless they were poisonous or something, though.

Some forms of mushrooms give hallucinations. Other forms of mushrooms make you nauseous. I have no problem believing some mushrooms might do both.

If it is the mushrooms, the only thing surprising is the dosage: all we did was inhale some spores that got into the air. That's not much mushroom bits to make everyone sick.
