The disappearance of Sebastian Michaelis was a very low point for Claude--the loss of control, the panic attacks, especially the despair. He couldn't deal with the crushing realizations about his own inferiority. And while Elizabeth's arrival was unexpected, Claude hasn't missed a beat: he's faithfully tending to his master's bruised, jealous heart. Dotes on him constantly. No passive-aggression. Nary an it was inevitable from his lips. Claude doesn't know what will happen next--if Ciel will let go of a meaningless ( ... )
