[The second chocolate lump is bit in half and Ciel seems to make a face, his gaze focusing on the other half in his fingers as he chews slowly. His face seems to pale though, when he notices a tiny little cricket leg sticking out of the half of chocolate he hasn't eaten. His other hand reaches up to pluck the leg out of the chocolate with trembling fingertips before the chocolate's dropped and a hand reaches over his mouth to cover it.
Elizabeth seemingly startled from her place on his arm, there's a retching heave as he stands up, knocking the table with his knees and effectively causing his NV to tumble over and shut off before he inevitably vomits.
