I used this quote to begin a presentation I did way back when in college in some class in. It wasn't a presentation on Vonnegut. I think it was a history class, or maybe a colonial lit. class

Another thing that falls under the category of "It's funny because it's true" would have to be David Letterman's Unfair Edit (which is a rerun) where Bush said that "This administration is a complete uh, uh, failure."
