So I walked this morning. ALWAYS a good way to start the day when I can walk with my tunes. Had some thoughts on the effective communication class and the paper due this week. wow... this class sounds intense! Best of luck on your investigations and discoveries... it must be so valuable to be aware of one's communication style... I'd really like to master my own.

So what do you feel/hear inside right before/after you attack?

Usually, there is a surge of energy. The attack is usually verbal and not an "attack" like insult or physically pouncing. My mental process is almost constantly scanning for inconsistencies, so I see or hear the inconsistency and then it seems I have a process that takes over to give it words... to attack the inconsistency of what is being asserted ( ... )
