Hmm, in the UK, USA, Canada and Australia, your average policeman would probably just tell you off. Unless you got caught say in like the middle of a major city like London or New York, whereby the worst that could happen is they might for a short period suspect you of terrorism. A few people have been arrested and fined, one incident that springs to memory was a pair of drainers who got caught down a drain under the Olympic Stadium in Sydney.
