As for not performing with someone, that's only an option if they are dangerous to you. Such as feeling you up when they shouldn't or dropping you. Other than that, suck it up bitchs. There are plenty of people willing and able to step in and take your spot.

Just thought a little levity might be in order. I totally agree with you though. While I may not be on cast, that is a concept that applies to everyday life as well.
