Heh, this is a very appropriate question for me at the moment.  I've been crushing hard on someone that I work with over the last couple months.  There seems to be some reciprocal flirting going on, but there's nothing that's telltale from his end.  To add to the matter, he's my boss :)  So, do I tell him??  NO!  At least not at this point in time

No need to apologize, I like knowing other people read my blogs/posts. Yeah, it's just not comfortable to even think about "outing" my crush. I just would not know how to handle myself and also, as you said, not knowing how it would go over if word got out would just be bad, bad, bad. Thanks for the comment :)

i had this same situation back in 2001. it worked out great for me; i worked up the nerve to tell him - and we were involved for about three years. we're still great friends to this day.

I just don't plan on saying anything until A) I know for sure it's reciprocal, because well, I don't need anymore rejection in my life and B) it's a good situation that is COMPLETELY away from work.
