Tonight's tea was this!
Trout marinaded in lemon juice and dill and then steamed, with boiled new potatoes and a side salad of various types of lettuce, spinach, watercress, rocket, capsicum, carrot, cucumber and, of course, green olives. Absolutely gorgeous and the sort of thing anyidiotone could prepare.
