At the door, he considers just turning around and leaving, but that would be rude. Is he supposed to be able to just spill his feelings to someone he's never met before?

But it would be just awful to leave now.

So he knocks and shifts awkwardly. In lieu of everything that has happened lately, he need to have something. Something has to give or he'll go insane. With Altman's death wishes and Soundwave and Shockwave inevitably slipping away from him, he feels as though he's losing everything in one fell swoop.

The nervousness from after his escape has been coming back, his paranoia, the bad thoughts of self-loathing slipping into his mind. He can't take it. He just wants to turn around and leave but here he is, feet planted, biting nervously on his scarf.

Ah, he's here!

Tria stops her nervous fidgeting and takes a moment to smooth out her attire before moving to the door and waving her palm over the interface. It slides open with a soft hiss, and Tria blinks once, then twice.

Then looks up, way up, with a smile.

"Mister Skyfire, right?" she steps back to allow him into her office.

"It's good to see you. I hope you had no trouble finding the place? Please, come in and make yourself comfortable. Can I get you a drink of anything?"

He smiles with apprehensive caution, nodding, he ducks under the door frame and into her office.

"No, thank you. And I found it just fine. Not a difficult trip when you have GPS and too much free time."

He laughs awkwardly and sits down, trying to make himself look smaller. He feels so large and out of place sometimes, especially in situations like this.

No, he settles to look like a deer in headlights.

Tria sits down beside him, smiling warmly despite his awkwardness.

"I know it can be a little uncomfortable at first, talking to a stranger like this. If you don't feel like continuing at any point, just let me know. I'm not going to force you into anything you don't want to."

She doesn't pull out any notepad or visible vid screen, but already she's running note-taking subroutines.

"Why don't you tell me about yourself? What brings you here today?"
