Garden Zone 12 is entirely sealed off from the network, which includes the teleporters, behind some serious firewalls. Unless Hypatia gets in on the act, I don't have the capacity to compromise them on anything approaching a reasonable time frame.

It's not that I want to write those people off, truly, but you're looking at some kind of actual military action if you want to go after them. Breaching airlocks, charging through volcanic terrain with guns, that sort of thing. I can ride data overwatch on something like that if one of the soldier groups wants to put it together, but right now I'm worried about those nonspecific threats of horrible death for everyone else.
