We Are All Connected.

Regarding the random... bursts of song. I believe I've isolated the problem to a species of fungi that have been springing up. It's unlike anything I've seen before, so any help would be appreciated ( Read more... )

So you're saying we're all on shrooms.

What?

[He just wasn't sure if you remembered that fact.]

Look, I get it. It's just tryin' t'live and that's all well and good. When it ain't disrupting and irritating every other resident on this station.

So like a Decepticon.

"I don't like it and it's mildly annoying so let's kill it without understanding it!"

Shut up.

So like an Autobot.

"It's sentient and it doesn't matter if it's dangerous, let's be friends with it!"

Though I'm glad one of you finally realized what I am. Getting you people to admit it is like pulling teeth, only less fun.

Yeah well you haven't gone on a killing spree yet. I used to give people the benefit of the doubt, but now I'm not so sure.

And for the record? It's not dangerous. Has anyone died yet? No.

Skyfire, you c'n judge me by whatever standards you want; it's no paint off my armor.

If your definition of 'dangerous' is 'people die from it', then you ain't accounting for everything. Because brother, I've met things that were a danger to me without ever threatening my life, and harm isn't just measured physically.

Doubtless. But it's been a few days since I had a good argument with an Autobot around here.

[Besides, sometimes the best solution is Killing It With Fire.]

Unless I misread him chewing me out for suggesting a warrior's solution, too late f'r that.

Can't make any promises. Not exactly deliberately pickin' a fight, here. [And he doesn't know Skyfire's limits, either.]

As someone that used to fight with him constantly, he can be a bit... testy. Just be gentle, all right?

So I've noticed. I will try.

I haven't noticed any adverse mental side-effects. Beings of this nature are interested in survival, just like every other living thing. It doesn't mean we don't have to stop it, it very well could be, but stopping it doesn't mean killing it.
