The other day at my cousin's Bar Mitzvah Brian was talking to my mom about the wedding. This is how it went, (paraphrased, of course)
Mom: I am sure we will get a lot of nachas at the wedding.
Brian: What is nachas?
Mom: Pride
Brian: Oh, I thought it was a type of foreign cheese.

I hit my first goal weight about 2 weeks ago. I'm still trying to lose more. I even signed up to work for WW and will be training this summer to be a clerk. That will definitely help me stay on track ( Read more... ) -
THE DRESS!!!!
I bought THE dress!!! Went looking everywhere for it and finally found it for less. Now I have to find the bridesmaids dresses. My friend Cathy found me this website called www.cocomyles.com. It's pretty cool so that is one option. We'll see. -
Dress Shopping!!!
Went wedding dress shopping yesterday and was sooo excited to see that I fit into a dress 2 sizes smaller than the last time I went dress shopping!!! I found two dresses that I absolutely loved. One was a little (read, WAAAYYYY) too pricey so that's a no go. The other one was also gorgeous. Didn't buy it yet. I'm going to look for some others ( Read more... ) -
