I really really love how you use black to create negative space! and then the bright colors in juxtaposition to the darkness makes a really interesting composition.
although sometimes there's too much yellow/red so maybe i'd tone down that? but that' just my opinion since i don't really like red/yellow ):
First of all your cropping is fantastic, definitely your best asset. Up until your latest post I'd been wishing you'd done something differently with colouring (the high-contrast poppy colours thing is good, but it can get old if every single icon has it). However, I think your icons feel a little dead if they're not pumped full of saturation and contrast. This for example has almost the exact same hue and saturation throughout the entire icon. Maybe play around a bit with textures just to add something else to it (like giving one side a border or something) A concrit I have on the saturated contrastey colouring is that the reds and yellows get blown out way too far. this and this are examples of what I mean. Maybe just use selective colouring to tone them back a bit and make the colouring look more like it's under control, because sometimes it doesn't feel like it is

No sé cuántas veces te lo habré diho, pero no serán suficientes: ADORO el icon de Claire/Charlie &hearts Y ahora algo de concrit o como se diga xD: tus colos son perfectas, igual que tu uso de las texturas :D
I think the most important tip for you is that using photoshop effects likeso can be good so long as it's not painfully obvious what effects you've used. Learn how to hide the technique by toning it down and distracting us by other effects.
Secondly please please please stop doing the selective desaturation thing. Either do the whole icon or nothing, because again, it's about hiding the technique and at the moment it's incredibly obvious what you've done.
And now to end on a positive note: your colouring is lovely when you actually use it! this is really nice (although I could definitely do without the text), and this is great! I love that you've found the beauty of the original cap and you've emphasised it
Thank you. I've just really started playing with my coloring and I'm glad to hear I'm heading in the right direction with it.
Thank you for the feedback on the others. Sometimes the effect is what I was going for (like in #6 here). i wanted it really visable, but your other examples are perfect for helping me see where to work on my 'hiding'.
the icons with the fonts don't work, dont fade fonts, that usually don't work well. your first birtney icon is nice, but the second looks weird-looking because you only colored the hair.
i like the 6th icon a lot, its creative and has a nice coloring!

The colors are stunning!
I really like the crops on the others as well. They are very captivating.
I am not sure what to say for constructive, I'd like to see you do more icons with more than just faces, more full body stuff like the Britney icon.
