Well I'll tell you what, I really like the style to your icons! It's very interesting and unique. However, your colouring is BORING. It's the same desaturated low-contrast pink colouring I've seen a million times before and I'm saying this because judging by your skill with all of the other effects you use I suspect you can do a lot better than that. So play with contrast and the balance of tones in your images. With colouring try to emphasise the the original colours in the image. Don't be afraid to have unnatural skintones like blue or green.

Back onto things I like, your use of exclusion/inverting is very interesting and not something I see very often. I think you should play more on that, because I feel it's your strength. That and texture use. I think you just need to work more on your colouring to really drive it on home ;)

While I wouldn't go as far to say you're coloring is "boring", I do think that it'd be awesome if you experimented with a different kind of it. More of it. Your coloring is pretty, but you seem to use generally the same methods on most of your icons to get the coloring you do. As far as creativity of execution goes, you're doing a great job!

i love 4 and 5 soooo much. your blending is just incredible. and i do love your colouring, but as others have said, maybe you should try to mix it up a bit so that it doesn't become boring or expected of you :)
