Hey everyone! I've been gone a lot more lately, and I just wanted to let everyone know what's going on.

Feeling ambious...
I just downloaded a hugggge amount of grungy-looking, beach-esque, and modern style CC.
Why?
Because I'm feeling particularly ambious, and I'm starting to build a new town from scratch.
The amazing pennysims and jesstheex inspired me to take on such a project from seeing their awesome pictures, so as it's coming along, I'll post pictures.
