Your right to your religion doesn't negate your responsibility to respect (and protect) others' religions as well. Every right comes with a responsibility. Thank you. I've seen so many people scream about exercising their 'rights' lately, but only a very small percentage of those same people exercising their responsibilities. It makes me both sad and frustrated.

The paradox of free speech is that it will always negate someone else's speech...just like the right to freedom. You can't have true freedom without trampling on somebody else's at some point.

In the end...everyone has the right to free speech, but everyone also has the right to what speech they listen to.

I understand what you mean by the second part, but that's not what I'm talking about here.

I completely agree with you. Sadly I think many people don't understand what responsibility means especially in this context.
