Lost File!

I have lost the file in the folder My Documents>EA Games>The Sims 3, down the bottom where all the cache files are, I must have deleted the file named 'Sims3Logs.xml' by accident. Do I need to reinstall all my games or can someone just copy theirs and send it too me so I can replace the file?

Stuff Packs: Town Life.

But my launcher doesn't seem to be working and thats the only thing I can think is wrong. I press the play button on the launcher and it disappears as if the game is about to start but it never does. Then when I try again, it says it can't start because the game is already running?

That little log shouldn't stop the launcher. Really, the deletion of anything in the user folders in My documents, should not stop the game from loading. All the important bits are in Program Files ...or whatever other folder your install path was.
