Hey guys! I recently added Twallan's WooHooer to my game, and men (and old people) are getting pregnant everywhere. But their bodies are also disappearing. :p I know it's because there aren't any clothes that are pregnancy-compatible (I've seen this complaint somewhere before) but I don't know how to make an outfit pregnancy-compatible for men ( Read more... )

I'm not sure how to update a mesh with such morphs but here's a link to some male clothing with pregnancy morphs.

Pretty much what eleni459 said, you need to download clothing that is male pregnancy enabled and also enabled for elderly pregnancy. The ones she linked are the only ones I know of. Just by Googling and checking the first few results I found this: http://sims3maternity.blogspot.com/search/label/Male%20maternity. You will just need to search around.
