I had my 3-monthly check of my pacemaker yesterday; it's been normally 2 in a row on the phone then one in person. Well, yesterday's check was in person. I was chatting with the tech about how well my battery has held up (it's been 8 1/2 years) while he was setting up the testing gear - a simple donut this time, with a magnet which fit inside. He
