Say, great web address... www.iloveabargain.com.

Hmmm...... that one seems to exist, but it ought to be a price comparison site. www.iloveabargain.co.uk doesn't exist. Might be worth registering it - except I've got no money...

Of course I'll buy your insurance without comparison shopping, that's how I buy my cars too. Who needs the "best" price.

How dumb do they think people are? In this economy they should be advertising that they can give you the cheapest price.

Actually, their adverts state things like "You don't know whether you've got the best deal until you come to us direct!" They aren't allowed to say they are cheapest, because they aren't. They can only imply that they might be the best value.

See I guess I am willing to pay a little more if I know that the service I will get from the Insurance company is worth the few extra dollars. And yes I know that I am currently paying a little more than if I switched but I also remember the service quality that was provided when I was rear ended the other year (oh yeah and that turned into a 5 car pile up as I was pushed into the car in front of me etc etc)

Oh I agree completely. Actually, I'm paying more than I should be too, but that's because I needed to get Connie insured while she still had her US driving licence. Next renewal I will shop around a bit. But it is important to compare not just prices but the service offered too.
