Survived the storms. Had a friend [edit:crash not cash] at my house, his folks house was smashed. House is insured, so far it seems like they're doing fine. -

I stayed up until 5:30 reading Zodiac by Neal Stephenson. Lindsey woke up about when I finished. You were right Jason, I really enjoyed it. Figured out some minorly neat "hackerish" things about webservers from an emailed warning while I was working the helpdesk. Wondering how the full time people will reacte to it on monday. (It got me twiddling around our system, just as a student, not any sort of helpdesk admin) It's amazing what I could get into, Nothing too secure, but neat to see ( Read more... ) -

I love the ninja feeling of biking with your hands in your pockets, in the dark, hitting an invisible speed-bump, and nailing your one chance to pull your hands out and catch the handle-bars as you're going flying over them. -
