R4K - Time Trial

I did two time trials this evening in sucession, covering 1 mile each.

Going at about 80%, I can cover a mile in 10 minutes, and kept that up through a shuttle both directions without resting. I want to reduce that by 2 minutes every month, but I doubt I'll progress that fast. Still, for a base to work from it's pretty encouraging!

Er, yes, well...the two beacons that I run between are situated 1,600m apart almost exactly. I could just reduce the time taken to approximately 62.5% and get it in 'amount of time taken to run 1km' but, eh. :D
