So, yeah. This is Elenti, ancient spirit of fire, the great god of the volcano, supreme lord of the island pantheon.

He.....I rember there was a TV show once about the most beautiful spots on earth and I remember that they showed how you could cook delicious food by placing it into small cracks and earth-holes that were close to a volcano and now I can't get the image out of my head of Elenti, in a burst of temper, setting something aflame and Anak happily bringing out some marshmallows to roast them over the flames and then offering the sweet, gooey stuff to Elenti with a broad smile.

That's... a very accurate analysis of them, actually. Anak would do that. And Elenti would be very, very offended and curse him unto the twentieth generation. As he does.
But possibly accept the marshmallows, since he's got a sweet tooth like crazy. >.>

Those eyes, those hands, that background... I wish I could actually say something that isn't fangirlish praise in one of these entries, but that's all you render me capable of. *sulk*

I'm really interested in learning more about the island in your story and the gods of your pantheon. It looks like the making of a mind-shattering epic.

Wait...you got this from ONE dream?! Lucky! The gods who look favorably upon all artists must really like you! ^__^ The unconscious mind really kicks ass sometime. I hope you have a lot of fun with the new story/cast! Elenti looks like he'd be fun to torture...I mean, give him the dignity and respect he commands, of course ^_^U

As of now I'm just having fun with this story, not very consciously leading it one way or another. It's got a very nice opening, and a few sketchy scenes along the way along with some sort of sketchy ending, but so far, most of it's still wide open - which in many ways is what makes it so liberating and fun.

The beginning was only one dream, including elements like the setting, the characters of Elenti and Anak and the rather dramatic events that lead to their first real encounter and even more dramatic events that took place then, but the rest has come bit by bit later on.

And yeah. That's Elenti alright. Tort-... er, respect and dignity all the way. >.>
