[Gin can be seen in the lobby, sitting on a bamboo mat he had retrieved from the kitchen staff. He is not in his usual outfit, but is actually wearing the simple, meager cloth of a Buddhist monk. His eyes are closed tightly, and his legs are crossed, and all he utters is a simple, periodic "Om" from time to time.((Note: Gintoki will be a monk this

[Have a Kanji, practically flouncing down the hallway on the way to the kitchen to fetch himself something sweet to eat ♥ BUT OH. He sees Gin sitting there!]

So cute! Perfectly still and everything! [Rushing over and crouching down next to Gin, Kanji tentatively pokes at Gin's side. Laughing to himself, Kanji waits for Gin to respond ♥]

[Gintoki, all of a sudden a master of meditation and yoga, does not even realize that Kanji is present. He does not feel Kanji poke him, because a real master of meditation is really able to be truly immersed inside oneself, and be completely oblivious to one's surroundings.]

[Not amused at all, Lenalee just stands there.]

[With his eyes closed, Gintoki responds in a deep, calm voice:]

To be "normal" is to be ensnared by the trivial, material pleasures and pursuits of life, which only induce suffering.

[He opens his eyes and casts Lenalee a glance of pity.]

You appear to be eternally troubled, my child. What is the matter?

Don't make assumptions.

[Irritated, Lenalee gives him a very sarcastic smile.]

I'm fine/.

[Olive strolls by, glares at him, and shoves him before stalking off.]

[He merely moves back into place, unaware of Olive even touching him, so he leans too far back and ends up ramming his head in between her legs. Broken out of his meditational reverie, he opens his eyes.]

To be free of earthly desires is to be free of sexual temptation.

[He says that in a scolding manner, and moves his head out from between her short legs.]

[Olive is momentarily overcome. A man! Touching her! Oh my God! But then it's ruined, as always, and she glares down at him.]

Good luck with that.

Such things are not overcome by luck.

[Lavi is walking by the lobby when he spots Gin in his new get-up. He stops to stare.]

..Just when I thought you couldn't get any weirder.

[Gintoki, now slightly irritated, would have chosen to ignore Lavi and continue his meditation. But instead, he glances over at the umpteenth unhappy person he had seen that day. This was what a world of materialism did to you.]

If you find spiritual freedom strange, then so be it.

[Instead of walking along, he goes into the lounge to stand in front of the 'monk' and tilt his head.]

You don't get sick of not moving?

[Allen walks into the lobby, and blinks upon seeing Gin meditating. That looked...really relaxing. Soon, the older white-haired man would find, or sense, a younger white-haired boy sitting next to him. He's not in a meditating position, but he is relaxing.]

[Gintoki decided that, perhaps the House was not the best place to be meditating, with all the ruckus going on around him. He continued to chant:]

Ooooooooooommmmmmmm.

[But, feeling another presence, he opened his eyes and glanced over at Allen.]

Ah, young fellow strange-haired one.

Hello, ...not-as-young fellow strange whatever-you-just-said. Meditating?
