have to agrre mate the post office are robbing bleep bleep bleeps.
my brother posted a birthday card for tomas on the first of september;it arrived yesterday and (get this)they charged me £1.06 for delivering it because the first class stamp that was on it didnt cover the size of the envelope.apparently if the envelope is slightly bigger than normal they charge extra.it was 10 cms longer for god sake and not even an apology for arriving 2 weeks late.

now thats service,bad service if you ask me
