Even if you DID say "I'm going to smoke" they could always say.. oh i don't know... no? If management doesn't do their job how can they expect you to do yours?

pretty much. And that happened on Friday night... for whatever reason... MONDAY MORNING at 9am, someone from there called me. I refused to answer it so I still have no idea what they wanted... but WTF?
