And before i forget, when M.r. have been put on trail [least the articles i read so far] they dont get a fair trail because lots of courts dismiss/dont tlak about important information of the M.R. persons background-it being with proof of their m.r. and their trouble of comprehension/etc

That depends on the situation and age of the child. A five year old? No. A nine year old? No. Most 12 year olds, however, do have a pretty good idea of what they are doing.
If it can be proven that a young person has the capacity to carry out a murder, being fully aware of the consequences, then I think the death penalty should still be on the table.
There are people in this world who are born evil-- a "bad seed", as some call it. People who cannot be rehabilitated. I don't know if it's a chemical imbalance in the brain or what (you seem to have done more homework on this sort of thing than I).
On a side note, since you mentioned a kid shooting a kid, I think those parents should be locked up for life.
I am a gun owner, and a very responsible one at that. I have a license to carry one, and I do so every minute I am awake. I hold the second amendment as sacred as a Christian does the Bible. I have no sympathy for people who use firearms to commit crimes, or for parents who don't properly store them away from the hands of
