I have two papers two write for my Medterm in Philosophy thats due next week, Friday. For one question i would like people to answer, because i'm highly curious for how people will answer

I am for the death penalty because I believe that when someone deliberately deprives an innocent human being of their right to life, they forfeit their own right to live.

I've never read the bible, and though I've heard the ten commandments, I can't recite each one.
