Right, so I made fantastic bread over the weekend. Really fantastic honey oat bread. Because I've recently discovered that the bread machine that has been rotting under the sink for two years is actually God's gift to carbohydrate addiction. It's dangerously easy, as long as you have a three hour span in which you can press "start," wander around

The one time I've tried to use my bread machine, I had disastrous results. I've been thinking of trying it out again as of late. Any recipes you'd recommend?

I've only made 2 so far, peanut butter bread and this honey oat. I'd be happy to pass them along, as both turned out fabulous.
