Played with the Distractions this weekend.  When you're not worried about staging and pictures and the like, things move pretty fast.

I've not felt like playing the Bradfords.  Mostly because the next house in the rotations is the Hutchins, and Phily's going to die.  I've had enough with depressing things to last me a while, so I feel perfectly justified in this procrastination.

So I preordered Sims 3 Generations.  I thought that some of the stuff included might make it worth my while to play as a distraction when I just want to play a simming game.  Went through the EA store, and got the free stuff pack and free shipping, which is fine.  It came today ( Read more... )

I swore that I wouldn't like the Sims 3. They looked too much like bad Pixar characters in my eyes. And then, I got World Adventures. And I'm hooked.
