I told myself many times over that I did not want to spend Monday night getting ready for school. So I took the initiative this year and packed up my school supplies this afternoon. I just got off the phone with Temple University today. I suspected that they thought I was graduating in January and that was why I had no financial aid for the spring, it looks like my reasoning was dead on. So, I'm more or less alive. I survived my feature length story paper and finals. Surprisingly, none of my finals were as hard as I feared they would be (I even got a free t-shirt in one class), but I did study so I guess it paid off. Over Thanksgiving break I realized that there was only a week and a half of school left for the semester. I've fallen behind in one of my classes and I'm unhappy about it. I just got done with an exam in journalism research a little over an hour ago. Now I have to finish studying for my journalism history exam at 2:40. I started studying for this exam on Sunday night, but I didn't get any studying done yesterday. I spent all day at UPS working with a sore back to show for it. Amazing, a full night of rest and I feel MUCH better. Other than a small ache where I got the shot, any ill-effects from the flu vaccination are gone. I woke up refreshed and ready for class.
