If there's anything I find more annoying than smart-assed, know-it-all jackasses, it's inexperienced whiny upstarts who make assholes for bosses.

And not very good bosses either. I'd consider them to be less of a boss and more of supervisor. They can't fire or hire and I can always go over there heads with a manager or the Union.
