Considering these PNGs were newly-manufactured for Unova, that was more than likely. But wait, what's this static fuzz? At least, it looked like fuzz along the pitch black of the PNG.

[The screen lights up, revealing a kind-looking lady, near a flower patch inside the gym (Or a part of a flower patch. There's a lot of flowers in the gym). The PNG seems to be propped up something steady. She smiles, bowing, and gives a nod] Certainly!

[As Erika is about to call a Pokemon, an oblivious Victreebel walks in to the screen, not aware that she's on camera. The gym leader notices, chuckling, and introduces the pokemon] This is Victreebel, [The large pokemon perks up at the name, looking at Erika, then looks directly at the screen, tilting her head (or the upper part of her body). Is someone on it?

Treeeee?] one of my pokemon that has been with me for a long time. [Curious Victreebel is curious. It's still staring at the screen, then blinks. Another blink.]

[A Victreebel! Those were definitely not Pokemon he'd ever seen in Unova before. To be able to see these foreign Pokemon already set N's little heart alight. He adored Pokemon, no matter where they were from. That Victreebel being with Erika for a long time, too... that already warmed his heart. Perhaps they were really good partners. He knew he was like that with Zoroark especially, seeing as he'd been with him ever since he was but a child.

He smiled and leaned a little closer to the PNG, his eyes filled with genuine interest.] Hello there, Victreebel. I don't think I've ever seen one like this. It's... wonderful.

[He tilted his head. Pokemon communication attempt is GO.] Victreebel, your trainer says she has been with you for a long time. How do you feel about that? I hope you two are very good friends.

I've never heard of Nuvema Town so I had to look it up. Didn't expect the Unova region.
I guess that explains why I've never seen your Pokémon before. It looks pretty strong.
You got me curious what other Pokémon are out there. It must be pretty different from here.

Although I remember little of some of Kanto's Pokemon, I have been to Hoenn. Their Pokemon are very different. Are Hoenn's anything like Kanto's? They're all so kind...

I haven't seen Hoenn yet, so I don't know, but I think all Pokémon can be nice if they trust you.

Hello. I am Meissa of Olivine City, Johto - a pastry chef, but I do have a pidgey partner. [Sitara takes over the view and tweets happily.] She delivers goods across regions, but I think Unova may be too faraway for her.

Ah, hello, Sitara! Oh... and Meissa. [Ahahaha oops awkward. That Pidgey was just... CALLING OUT TO HIM.] It is a pleasure to meet both of you.

[He then frowned a little.] Unova would be very far for a small Pidgey. I wouldn't want her to get tired out. It could be a strain. [Even for Zekrom, going from Unova to Hoenn was a pretty exhausting, long trip.]

[Sitara hops on one foot to another, excited to be greeted. Meissa looks thoughtful for a moment.] I suppose so. I do not like sending her to Hoenn or Sinnoh on her own, and those regions are closer than Unova.

[Sitara blushes, her feathers raising up and she shakes it out, tweeting softly.]

How could you do that? Does... Sitara mind? That kind of long flight could be dangerous for her. What if she got hurt or strained herself?

[Zoroark... well, Zoroark decides it's a sound idea to transform into Sitara via Illusion.

So now Zoroark looks like a Pidgey. A Pidgey with a strange black and red tail attached by an aqua band.]

Sometimes I wonder if the Pokmeon know better about these things than we do ... or at least when they're not being too rough with it... [He looks off to the side with his eyes. Eyeballin' his Gengars, yes he is.]

[Ooooh. Johto. That would explain why he didn't know about Ecruteak.] Johto is pretty far. I don't think I've ever been there, but... I can imagine that there are very happy Pokemon there.

[Typhlosion doesn't have much to worry about. Zoroark usually looks intimidating, too. If anything, the dark fox Pokemon is actually extremely curious. He let out a bit of a rumble from deep within his throat, examining this new Pokemon.

N waves in return!] It is nice to meet you, Ethan. I... don't think I've ever heard of a Poke Gear before. [He cups his fingers around his chin in thought.] I suppose it is an older PNG of some sort. I don't think I've ever heard of one.

[He looks back to Zoroark, and then faces the PNG again, his expression sheepish.] I'm not... sure if Zoroark would break it, but I do not believe Darmanitan would like the PNG. He never took well to technology. [Arceus knows how long it took for Darmanitan to get used to Klinklang 8I]

I'm not so sure if it's because of shyness. He is a very outward creature. [Sans with humans, where he probably will just punch them unless he knows them. SILLY DARMY.] I feel he simply dislikes it and how modern it is.

And- ah- you wanted to know about Zoroark? [He gives the Pokedex a bit of a stare.] It is a Pokemon that can create illusions. We're from Unova, so we are very far from Hoenn and Sinnoh.

[N glances back to Zoroark and frowns. The Pokemon seemed less than pleased about the Pokedex. While N's feelings about the Pokedex were a lot better than what they used to be, if his Pokemon was uncomfortable, he didn't want it around.] Could you put that back? Zoroark isn't very fond of the Pokedex.
