I was going to head down to bilunabirotunda's to watch the Ladies' Short Program tonight, but I got halfway there and the traffic-time sign said seventy-six minutes for a fifteen-minute trip, so I turned around and came home.

Also, I like these memes, and I think I might snag them, for lo! I have nothing to do until the Chief gets my draft back to me.

I'm glad you're there to rescue DB. :) I really do like him, but he gets edged out by the dorky boys, poor guy.

TV rec: If you like Julianna Margulies at ALL, watch The Good Wife. Seriously. It's my favorite new show.

Yeah? I do like Julianna Margulies. I'd promise to make it a summer project, except by then I'll be hot and heavy with Buffy. So.

Ooh, yes, I agree with Lauren. The Good Wife is great. It's a formula show that mixes it up, if that makes any sense at all. It's not a show I watch right away, but I always enjoy it. Plus, Matt Czuchry, in a role far likable than Logan Huntzberger. Oh, AND Josh Charles! AND Mr. Big AND Christine Baranski. Such an excellent cast.

That cast IS sort of ridiculous. And I'm intrigued by the way in which it's sort of an "issue" show...but apparently manages to be complex and serialized, etc. Hmmm.
