I do a lot better with my daily productivity when my first meal includes protein. A straight-carb breakfast is a terrible choice for my system; oily carbs (like a croissant) are an even worse choice. I'm glad your nutritionist is working _with_ you rather than _at_ you.
Would putting on a certain bracelet help remind you that you've got laundry running, or perhaps set a timer for an hour as an audio cue?
