I remember watching The Libertine, it was...odd to say the least. One of the few JD films I didn't actually played. He played the role well but...I dunno, the plot was just strange.

But I do have to say, his play was rather funny XD With the massive *ahem* Yeah XD

Strange? Yes, it is, somehow. For me it's not the plot but rather way of filming. "Vision" of director was strange, he tried to copy others film director's styles and I think at last he was lost in his conceptions. Heh. (sorry for this "lecture" ^^)
