I'm more a night owl, but hb is not, and after much nagging and eye rolling my sleeping schedule has moved up. Leave me by myself and it'll be 1:30 am before I realize that I need to go to bed. So I wish I could offer any useful tips, but I don't have much. My problem is that I have sort of a "safe time" programmed into my brain and I feel like that is the latest time when I can go to bed and still function. So in my case I would really have to admit that I'm not really functioning with the sleep I'm getting and then just try and retrain my brain to either move my safe time and stick to it, or force myself to go to bed 5 minutes earlier each night so that I will slowly get to where I want to be, or just cheat and move the clock on my wall, like, 30 minutes up so that my brain thinks it's later than it actually is. I hope you will find a way to fix your sleeping schedule. *hugs*

Most of my family are nightowls as well, so the fact that everyone is still downstairs at midnight doesn't really help. I've been trying to get my sleeping time to move forward, but is hasn't really worked yet. :/
