I'm terrifically tired.  I took two Bendaryl last night and I'm still walking around like a zombie.

For those of you whom I did not see over the last 3 tremendous days, this is what I did.

Ugh. I feel as if someone kicked me in the abdomen right above the pubic bone. This may be fall out from me fighting against being sick, as part of my strategy was not to eat for a couple of days.
