No Headdesk, Damn It!

I didn't go to the gym yesterday. I was dead tired, slept in, and lied to myself when I said I'd go to the gym after I got off of work. I didn't go crazy over food but I did eat of a loaf of lovely crusty bread, and a bowl of my amazing Lamb Olestra.

This morning I broke my promise to myself and got on the scale and looked at the number.

How tall are you, sweetie? I ask because my *goal* weight is 145--not that I will get there very quickly if at all. (I'm 5'8".)

I don't worry about the number, but how I feel. I feel tired all the time, excepts when I'm working out. I wake up and getting out of bed is an effort. Everything is an effort, so I know I'm too damn heavy and too damn lazy.

Numbers don't matter. If you feel good as you, be you. If you feel bad, go lift.
