Fast & Furious is the slashiest thing ever. TRUST ME ON THIS. And the latest one (that's in the theaters) is even way slashier! <333 Dom + Brian = OTP!

Yeah, I put all three on my Netflix queue on the off chance that I go see the new one, which I heard was good. But now I'm thinking I'll just wait for the DVD, because street racing isn't really my scene. :)

But yeah, I totally see how it could be read as slashy. You have the initial antagonism, followed by friendship/respect... I'm only halfway in. They could be making out by the end at this rate, who knows?

I actually wrote something today for the first time since... October of last year. I've just been burned out (mostly with people), and then the holidays, Cur sick, me sick, surgery, and gah. But hey, 825 words! And I also edited about a 1000 words that I wrote before it (down to about 800), and seamlessly joined them. I'd written this (sub)scene before, but I disliked it so much I trashed it (but I kept the lead in). I'm enough with the bit I did to move on to the last (sub) scene in the chapter. I'll be thrilled to get the chapter done, and I already know how I want to finish it. And since this is a chapter that goes with several percious chapters, I think it will be motovating to try and finish the story. (As usual, it's X-Men, but not slash. Ororo and Remy, RE how Remy gets to the Mansion. Pre-slash for Logan/Remy - eventually). It'd be good to finish *something*, which I haven't done in years. I just get such great ideas... and then Real Life sucks the time away. Damn job. :P ( ... )

I bumped the other two down in my queue in favor of rewatching the Terminator series before the new one comes out... and I'm just going to wait for Fast and Furious on DVD. The first one was not bad, but I've never really been a car guy.

Yeah, but you're a slash guy! And the new one is beyond slashy. I might have to spoil to convince, but it's definitely worth seeing soonish. It also seems to be inspiring a bunch of people to start writing fic (again).
