I... wrote 1000 words of fic tonight. I'm feeling fannish again. I will do anything to avoid work, including clean the bathtub or set off the smoke alarms by making dinner at home (true story!) But that's okay, because my boss just sent me a link to a paper he says "is interesting," which I not only had already read, but I presented it in our lab's journal club last year. Sometimes I am not made of fail! Sometimes, I am even made of win!
I'm watching The Fast and the Furious for the first time, and I think that Hollywood used all of its fake-sweat allotment for, like, a year in making this movie. So far it is only a little slashy, but I guess I kind of see it.
