Oh that's clever!

Maybe I should call my current WIP "Aragorn's Untitled Adventure, In Which He Encounters Eagles".

Eh, maybe not...

I thought it rather clever, too! *g*

LOL!!! You could also call it "Aragorn's Untitled Eagle Adventure", or "The Ranger and the Wizard's Untitled Adventure", or "Aragorn's Untitled Angsty Adventure"... You know, I'm beginning to think this kind of title doesn't work so well in the LotR fandom - though it would undoubtedly simplify things. :D

Hee hee... instead of "At Hope's Edge", I'd have used "Aragorn's Unspecified Encounter with Unnamed Faceless Ne'er-do-wells".

LOL! Methinks that title would have led to some very interesting responses on SoA and in the MEFAs. *g*

Those titles are so much fun, aren't they? *snickers* 'For want of a title, the story was lost', indeed. *g*

Hehe, it seems I've managed to infect you with my SherlockHolmitis. :D I don't necessarily like all of Westron Wynde's stories, but I'm awed by her writing skills, her humour is absolutely priceless, and she's great at writing angst, too. I can rec you those fics I've already read and liked, if you want to, but I don't know if you share my taste in SH fics. :)

I've finally managed to read it, and really enjoyed. She's very clever and writes good humour stories. If you stumble on another humorous one, I wouldn't mind reading it. *g*

Her stories are amazing, aren't they? I really have to get myself to do some reviewing soon. ;-) I'll let you know if I find another humorous story! :D

Just hilarious! I'm one who struggles dreadfully with titles a good deal of time.Like tonight I was writing a ficlet for a group I'm in and so far it is labelled "eerie" which is the prompt word!

I'm glad you enjoyed it! :D I usually have a hard time coming up with titles for my stories, too - long stories and prompt fics are the worst! I've even changed the titles of some of my prompt fics several times after they were already posted, and I've been tempted to just use the prompt as a title more than once, lol! That ficlet of yours sounds promising, btw. ;-)

Clever! And thinking up titles is always the hardest part for me... So maybe I should pick this route. ;-)

It's really tempting, isn't it? :D "The Adventure without a Title" would probably be fitting for all stories, though I guess using that title several times might prove to be very confusing for our poor readers. LOL.
