Yeah . . but I will say this - Sims 2, on current computers? Is incredibly low-stress to reinstall if you've got the troubleshooting docs backed up(and I do). I probably could've finished it in one afternoon if I hadn't had to deal with a lot of other things. :D
I will say this for Sims 3 . . It brings its own stresses to the yard. Mostly slow loading times (I crochet). But I actually .. have only had it crash/eat itself twice in the same length of time as Sims 2 going down in flames four or five times. o_o

It's moments like this that I don't miss and keep me from jumping into sims3. Such frustration.
