I guess the buggy neighborhood was just a warning. I finally have my 'blank' copy set up with all the turned-townie maxis sims, and now my game won't even launch! Not Windowed, not regular mode, not even bodyshop!
Since I've made no new downloads since the (now deleted) naughty furniture, I can't even blame a faulty bit of custom content! I can't back up any of the kids! ARGH. . . . great. I have to cause Dean and Samson anguish all over again to get their kids in the adoption pool. *wibble*
The only thing I can think of to do is parse out my downloads AGAIN, and do a complete uninstall/reinstall. *whimper*
