LOL, I think the most hilarious would be Bruce hulking out and then when he turns back, he's a girl for some unknown reason (Loki!)... And Tony is completely intrigued and utterly shameless in harassing him until he notices how truly freaked out Bruce is about the whole thing. Then, he just tries to help in his awkward way, until Thor comes back from visiting Jane and realizes what has happened and of course fixes it by dragging his brother back and enlisting his mother for help ;)

Could be fun for hurt/comfort and the hilariousness of Tony as he tries to actually deal somewhat maturely with Bruce as he tries not to freak out to badly and bring out the Other Guy. The rest of the Avengers would run interference with SHIELD and try and keep everyone - especially Bruce - as calm as possible...
