I love Trader Joe's too! and speaking of craving Mexican food, they sell very good frozen enchiladas and tamales.

Unfortunately any frozen foods would have to wait for colder months and a big cooler full of ice.

We have to drive almost 200 miles to get to the nearest one. :(
