30 miles north of here nearly (where I was raised) everyone traces their roots to German Lutheran heritage, and the food shows it.

I ask for bockwurst around here and everyone is all "Huh? *dumbface* What's that?"

I just want some dogsdamned sausages!

budgeting sucks

In an effort to save money for Anthrocon I've been neglecting grocery shopping.

My choices for lunch are:

ramen
ramen with shrimp
peanut butter sandwich
cereal

I might have some hot dogs in the freezer still. If I do imma make a sliced hot dog & cheese sandwich.
