Please, forgive my ignorance, but what is a 'crème brûlée?' If you know how to do it, I'd like to try it sometimes :P

It's this wonderful custard dessert that has burnt sugar on top, which is done with a blowtorch (set my food on fire, and I'm in love). I'm not sure how to make it (I've only ever had it in restaurants), but I'm sure the internet will tell you.

In fact, I just found you a video.

You also want to crack the top with the back of the spoon when you eat it-makes it much easier.
