Most lettuce is le ick. Especially iceberg (although I can be fond of romaine in it's place.) But arugula is NOT your grandmother's salad green. I am grateful the argula love is being spread. Because I'm elitist and snotty that way...

People always look at me like I'm crazy when I tell them I am a vegetarian and don't like salad... Arugula, though? Tiny, green, veggie heaven.
